What’s your return policy?

Since every product is made on-demand, I can’t offer returns or exchanges due to buyer's remorse. But if there’s anything wrong with your order, please let me know by contacting me at hi@kellyknowles.art and I'll make it right!

Do you offer refunds?

Refunds are only offered if you received the wrong items or damaged items. If this happens, please contact me at hi@kellyknowles.art with photos of wrong/damaged items and I’ll sort that out for you!

Can I exchange an item for a different size/color?

At this time, I can't offer exchanges. If you’re unsure which shirt size would fit best, check out the sizing charts at the bottom of the product page. Though rare, it's possible that an item in your order was mislabeled. If that’s the case, please let me know at hi@kellyknowles.art within a week after receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and I’ll send you a new one, or issue a refund!

Return Policy

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 4 weeks after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on my part are covered at my expense.

Wrong Address - If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once I have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).

Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to my supplier's facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment (if and as applicable).

European Union customers

You have the right to:

  • Cancel your order before it is fulfilled
  • Return within 14 days of receiving your order

You can request a return or cancellation from the Orders page after logging in to your customer account.
